A respected small rural Acute Care Hospital is seeking a full-time Inpatient/Outpatient Float Pharmacist to join its pharmacy team. This position offers a balanced mix of inpatient acute care and outpatient pharmacy practice, allowing for meaningful clinical impact and professional variety. Candidates must hold a BS in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred) and hold an active CO license or be more than halfway thru the process of obtaining at the time of application. New grads with a CO license are considered with a preference towards those with some hospital or retail pharmacist experience as well. The ideal pharmacist is adaptable, detail-oriented, and confident managing both clinical and operational responsibilities across care settings.
