JOB-3144878

Known for its advanced technology and highly skilled team, it offers comprehensive services ranging from primary care and emergency medicine to specialized treatments and surgical procedures. Patients benefit from a warm, patient-centered environment where quality, safety, and compassion are top priorities. With a commitment to innovation and excellence, this institution ensures that every individual receives world-class care close to home, making it a leading choice for health and wellness in the region. As part of its commitment to excellence, the organization is seeking a dynamic leader to join its pharmacy team.
This facility is seeking an Interim Director of Pharmacy to lead their hospital and retail pharmacy reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Nursing Officer. Candidates with 340B experience/knowledge are highly desirable. Strong collaboration, team building, problem-solving, and promoting quality service and excellence are essential.
This temporary, on-site role offers a competitive salary (depending on experience) with the potential to become permanent. It is a great opportunity to work with a service and excellence organization committed to world class care by providing hands on leadership, a comprehensive gap analysis to determine the current state of the pharmacy and manage the daily operations of the pharmacy.
If you are passionate about leading pharmacy operations and driving quality care, we invite you to apply.
