Quick Facts

  • 12-14 shifts per month — 12-hour shifts between 9am – 9pm or 12pm – 12am
  • 25 – 30 lower acuity patients per 12-hour shift
  • Community hospital emergency department
  • Admission rate of 4 – 10 patients per day
  • Coordinates with major medical centers for trauma transport
  • All ages patient population with ESI levels 3 – 5
  • Emergency medicine experience required
