My client a well-established mission-driven FQHC providing outpatient primary care services to a diverse patient population in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking a Permanent CFO to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years CFO or Controller experience at an FQHC or in a hospital setting. A master's degree is required and a CPA is highly preferred. The selected candidate will receive a compensation package including base salary, relocation assistance, sign-on/retention bonus, & benefits. The position is located in a growing metro area with strong healthcare demand and a great mix of city living and nearby outdoor access, this opportunity offers both professional growth and lifestyle balance.
