This critical access hospital in Coastal Western Alaska is seeking a Director of Pharmacy to lead and advance pharmacy services. This is a full-time, day-shift pharmacy leadership role reporting directly to senior hospital leadership. This location offers a unique lifestyle and adventure providing a one-of-a-kind Alaskan experience with stunning wilderness, rich Indigenous culture, tight-knit community life and access to numerous outdoor activities (hiking, fishing, breathtaking tundra landscapes and viewing the Northern Lights).
Candidates must have at least 5 years pharmacist experience (hospital pharmacy experience preferred), with 2 years of pharmacy leadership experience. A PharmD is required. AK license is preferred however will consider candidates with an active US license willing to obtain an Alaska state pharmacist license. Covid Vaccine+ booster and Flu Vaccination Required (no exemptions).
This role offers highly competitive compensation (up to $245K DOE), a $50,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a full comprehensive benefits package.
