Description

A thriving healthcare network in Kentucky is seeking urologists. Their physicians enjoy work-life balance: seven weeks off, manageable volume and equitable call. They feature dedicated urology-specific surgery teams, quick room turnarounds, and robotics. Their newest procedures include Aquablation and UroLift for BPH, and Bulkamid for urinary stress incontinence.

The healthcare system provides competitive salary guarantees ($600k) plus wRVU bonuses (income potential $750k+). The incoming physicians also receive generous signing bonuses, student loan support, excellent benefits including retirement, and malpractice coverage.
